Quick answer

The Sales menu shows everything:

  • Order list (paid, pending, refunded)
  • Filters by date, status, method, product
  • Gross total, LimãoPay fee, net amount
  • Export to CSV

Payout structure

StageWhenWhere it appears
1. PaidBuyer completes paymentIn "Sales" as paid
2. On holdProtection period (PIX 7d, Stripe T+30)Tag held
3. ReleasedHold expiredTag released
4. Paid outMoney landed in your accountTag paid_out

Hold periods

  • PIX (AbacatePay): 7-day custodial hold — Brazilian refund protection
  • Stripe Connect: T+30 (Stripe-controlled)
  • Mercado Pago (future): instant payout — no hold

Where the money actually arrives

  • PIX: lands in your bank account via PIX D+1 after release
  • Stripe: lands in the bank account linked to your Stripe (set in Stripe dashboard)
  • The platform doesn't hold balance — it's direct passthrough

Common errors

  • "I see the sale but didn't get paid" → Check the hold. If past the period and still nothing, contact support.
  • "Stripe didn't pay out" → Go to Stripe dashboard and complete pending requirements (KYC, address proof).
  • "Refund reduced my balance" → Yes — refund debits the amount + the platform fee returns proportionally.

Insight

Free seller doing $10k/month = ~$849/month in fees to the platform. Scale seller doing $10k/month = ~$298/month. Free is more profitable per $ sold for the platform — you only upgrade to save % on your fee when volume justifies it.
