Quick answer
The more you sell, the less fee you pay:
| Plan | Monthly | Per-sale fee |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 8% |
| Growth | $9.99* | 3% |
| Scale | $29.99* | 1% |
* Estimated USD pricing — confirmed at launch.
Plus the gateway fixed fee:
- PIX (BR only): R$0.49 platform + R$0.80 gateway absorbed by platform
- Card (Stripe): Stripe charges the seller directly (~2.9% + $0.30)
When it pays to upgrade
Calculate your breakeven:
-
Free → Growth is worth it when revenue > $200/month
- Free: $200 × 8% = $16
- Growth: $9.99 + $200 × 3% = $15.99 → break even
- Above that, Growth is cheaper
-
Growth → Scale is worth it when revenue > $1,000/month
- Growth: $9.99 + $1,000 × 3% = $39.99
- Scale: $29.99 + $1,000 × 1% = $39.99 → break even
- Above that, Scale is cheaper
Why this model
- Aligned incentive: you grow, the platform grows with you
- No friction to start: Free at 8% still beats Hotmart's 9.9% and Gumroad's 10% flat
- Rewards volume: established sellers pay up to 9× less in fees
Minimum sale value
$2 (R$10 in BR). Sales below that are blocked at checkout — protection against microtransactions that erase margin.
Common errors
-
"My fee is higher than expected" → Check:
- Current plan (might still be Free)
- Recurrence: subscription renewals charge fees on each cycle
- Coupon: doesn't affect fee, only the buyer-paid amount
-
"Can I downgrade?" → Yes, anytime. But you lose benefits immediately (e.g., unlimited AI, branding without watermark).
Refund
- First payment: refund within 7 days (BR consumer law)
- Subscription renewals: no refund right (no "buyer's remorse" per legislation)
