When you need this
PIX is the most-used payment method in Brazil (~40% of sales). Already enabled by default for BR tenants.
If your account is in the US or Canada, PIX is not supported (market limitation). Use Stripe only.
How it works
- Buyer sees the QR code directly on the page (PIX inline V2 — no redirect)
- Once paid, you receive a webhook within seconds
- Platform holds funds for 7 days (refund protection) → releases to your balance → payout via PIX
- Fee: plan % + R$0.49 platform fixed fee
Common errors
- "PIX doesn't show for the buyer" → Check that the offer has an active PaymentConfig for PIX in the page editor. Payments tab.
- "Got webhook but balance didn't update" → Wait 7 days for the hold release. If past that, contact support.
